Jim attached his waterproof radio to the saddle with Velcro strips.
Jim clarifies: -"Exposure to the elements will eventually remove the stickiness of the tape."
Note the anchor at the bottom of the hull.

Jim secured his cup holder by its handle to the cockpit rim, and he used Velcro to attach its bottom to the saddle.

Jim "Joey" P
Freshwater and saltwater
W Kayak Fisherman Oshkosh, Wisconsin and Ft. Myers Beach, Florida
"I live six months a year in Wisconsin on Lake Winnebago which can get rough and
the other six months I live on Ft. Myers Beach, Florida - on the gulf. My interest is in
getting exercise and fishing.
I am looking forward to spending more time in the kayak. I really enjoy it and
I think it was a great invention. I have already caught a few bass and a walleye. I love my kayak."
Jim's version of "Jeff's Paddle Holder" (not a trademark yet...)
Jim explains: -"I sawed off the 'screw-in' portion of the rubber coated hat hook and simply
connected them with zip strips as shown in the outfitters section on your
website. It has worked very well. It is so convenient for keeping the paddle while I'm on the water.
What is nice about these, is that the rubber coating allows the paddle
to rest snugly to the kayak. If you want a tighter fit for the paddle you can easily bend the hook."

Jim's docking spot

Jim can sit in his W kayak while holding the rope and simply let the boat slide down into the water...
Note that Jim prefers to have his W Kayak's the two flush mounted rod
holders to be in the front, as it fits his fishing style better.
